Carl Carter, Jr., REALTOR® and the Founder of the Beverly Carter Foundation
Carl is a REALTOR® and the Founder of the Beverly Carter Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving agent safety. He launched his foundation following the tragic loss of his mom, REALTOR® Beverly Carter, in 2014 at the hands of a couple posing as buyers. Carl is an influential advocate for agent safety, and he strives to honor his mother’s legacy by spreading awareness and the message of safety. Through his foundation, his goal is to get every real estate agent home safe every day.
Dale Zahn, CEO, West Michigan Lakeshore Association of REALTORS®
Dale has more than 32 years experience as a REALTOR® Association CEO and more than 18 years experience as a REALTOR®. He is a recognized speaker and trainer of professional standards and association leadership, a member of the Bud Smith Leadership Society, Second Tier National RPAC Hall of Fame inductee, current member of the Ottawa County Groundwater Commission, and former National Chairman of the RCE (REALTOR® Association Certified Executive) Board of the National Association of REALTORS®. Dale is proud to be the first Heart of Safety Award recipient from the Beverly Carter Foundation, a Lakeshore Fair Housing award recipient, and a Distinguished Service Award recipient from Michigan Environmental Health Association.
Anna Paduhovich, Owner, The Anna Paduhovich Team, Keller Williams LLC

Debbie is the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS®. She’s an accomplished industry professional with roles ranging from sales, leadership, recruiting, education, professional speaking, business owner and association work. Debbie is also deeply involved in her community, serving on the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, United Way Board of Directors, and as a Mentor with Bay District Schools.
Ann Akridge, Relocation Director, Roberts Brothers, Inc.
Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and real estate industry expertise with more than 40 years of experience. She’s had an expansive career as a top-10 agent, Qualifying Broker/Manager, Instructor, and now Director of Relocation. Ann is well-known for building relationships with global third-party companies representing businesses located in the Mobile Bay region.
