Inside Sales - Boca Raton, FL

We are seeking highly-motivated, energetic B2B Inside Sales Professionals with proven track records of closing business and exceeding goals.  FOREWARN is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture operating as a newly formed division of cogint, a publicly-traded data and analytics company (NASDAQ: COGT) with over 200 employees.  The executive leadership of cogint developed the data fusion industry, creating early-generation data fusion businesses which were acquired by current industry leaders for an amount in excess of $1 billion.  With strong financial backing, experienced leadership with demonstrated success developing and delivering innovative, industry-leading products, we are poised for explosive growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through pursuit of new clients.
  • Daily cold calling to prospects within identified markets to close deals and drive new revenue.
  • Exceed monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets.
  • Build and manage pipeline / forecast to properly project revenue and attainment of assigned goals.
  • Develop and work leads provided from marketing activities to establish relationships with decision makers and win new business.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert with regards to FOREWARN solutions and the impact they provide to clients.
  • Perform demonstrations of FOREWARN solutions to clients and prospects to gain client commitment to use the solutions.
  • Deliver all necessary reports required by management in a timely fashion.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with solution selling.
  • Prior experience with cold calling into business prospects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven and verifiable track record of closing business and growing revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and with clients.
  • Ability to work as a team player.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 3+ years of business-to-business inside sales experience
  • EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY (Agencies, Brokers) IS A PLUS
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce).

Sales Support - Boca Raton, FL

FOREWARN is seeking a bright, highly motivated individual with an analytical mind for our Sales Support Team that can handle a variety of attention to detail required tasks in a fast-paced high volume environment. Our Sales Support Specialists support the Sales Team through CRM administration and management, lead qualification, reporting, and also drive automation projects to further streamline the departments operational efficiency and improve the functions control environment.

Directly responsible for the supporting the Sales Team, the Sales Support Specialist will:

  • Serve as the front end, main point of contact for the Sales Team and liaison between the Sales Team and other internal departments
  • Work directly with the Sales Team on a daily basis to fulfill their requests, which may include processing applications, assisting customers, process contracts, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with the various departments to ensure superior customer service
  • Perform weekly reporting through Salesforce and Excel
  • Assist the Billing Department with applying credits, invoice reconciliation, and customer disputes
  • Modify and streamline the lead process in conjunction with other departments
  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in the CRM
  • Participate in account onboarding and set up within different company programs
  • Maintain accurate, up to date, properly stored account / implementation notes and records pertaining to customer contracts
  • Special projects as assigned (customer billing audits, data cleanup projects, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of Administrative work experience preferred
  • Must have strong organization, communication, and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience is preferred
  • Ability to handle a high volume of workload with extremely strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include both internal and external client-facing interactions
  • MS Excel experience with ability to develop and analyze reports along with knowledge of v-look up, queries, functions, and reports
  • Additional MS products (word, outlook, etc)
